DELIVERY
Once we have received your order and your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.

• Orders over £500:  free shipping
• Express shipping:  £7.99 – available on most items where orders are completed before 12 noon & sent via Royal Mail Special Next day delivery service you should receive your order the next day
• Standard delivery: £5.99 –  parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service and you will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched

RETURNS
Items marketed on our website are sold through our platform for individual private sellers. This means that like many other luxury resale platforms, all sales are final and HAUTE LC cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought in this way. We note that at all material times legal title to the items sold through HAUTE LC remains with the individual private sellers until sale.  All sales through our platform are consumer to consumer and this returns policy is in line with the current statutory framework.

Items are priced in accordance with their condition and meticulous care is taken to check each item before it is shipped to the buyer. It is important that shoppers read the product description and all photographs of the item before proceeding to purchase. We guarantee the authenticity of any item bought with HAUTE LC and will offer a full refund for any item that is proven not to be authentic - see our full terms and conditions for further information
